Notes for taking part in events
In order to get the most out of the challenge, please follow the following notes:
You will need to be on an upright chair preferably with arms to help keep you upright.
In a place so you get no distractions,
Headphones would be better but not totally necessary.
An open mind is essential.
Good Footwear, Gym attire
Reasonable amount of space free from anything you could trip on.
Water is essential to keep hydrated.
Cans of beans/tomatoes/soup (for weights)
Comfortable Clothing that you can stretch in without feeling constricted in any way, ideally not to loose as you won’t want your tee shirt over your head in the downward dog.
Space enough for you to extend arms fully.
Yoga mat, firm cushion or yoga block and a blanket,
Optional extras: yoga strap, this is good to have if mobility is restricted.
